        Placed my order in June around father's day, after about 3 weeks no updates on package being shipped. I was moving soon so contacted the company and asked that the shipping address be changed since it hadn't been shipped yet. Customer service was great and was able to update address. Once moved and got notification about package being sent, I was excited but then it stopped package hadn't been updated in about 4 weeks. Contacted customer service again (via email) I always got a response within 24-48 hours. They said package was lost. They apologized and resent my order plus 1 additional bottle. Within about 2-3 weeks I finally got my order. Overall from first time of order took over 2 months. But once I actually got the scents I was quite happy with how they all smelt. My husband order 3, he was excited about the Rouge but wasn't overly happy with the scent, he did however really like 'Imagine this'. I got the women's mystery bundle and loved all my scents!!. Overall was a long waiting and issues with shipping but customer service was great and once products received was happy with them,!!! Probably won't order again because of the hassle but still enjoying the product!! Thanks
