Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of all products (“Products”) purchased through www.klonescents.com (“Website”), operated by Klone Scents (“Klone Scents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase through the Website, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Shipping Process & Order Handling

1.1 All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days of successful payment authorization, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
1.2 Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
1.3 Processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotional campaigns, or inventory restocks.
1.4 Customers will receive an order confirmation email once payment is authorized, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
1.5 Express shipping fees and third-party carrier surcharges are non-refundable.
1.6 Orders with incomplete or inaccurate shipping information, or unverified payment details, may experience an additional delay of one (1) to two (2) business days. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all billing and shipping details are accurate prior to checkout.

2.1 Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
2.2 Klone Scents is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
2.3 Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery, at the carrier’s discretion. If no signature is required, the carrier may deliver the package to the mailbox, front door, or another location deemed secure.
2.4 If a courier determines that delivery is unsafe, they may hold the package at a local post office or attempt redelivery. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the package (e.g., a work address).

3. Order Tracking

3.1 Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
3.2 Tracking updates typically activate within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours after the shipment has been dispatched.
3.3 Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date tracking information before contacting Klone Scents.
3.4 Tracking information and carrier delivery scans shall serve as conclusive proof of shipment and delivery.

4. Shipping Fees

4.1 Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and shipping method.
4.2 Any promotional offers, including free shipping, apply only where explicitly stated and are subject to change without notice.
4.3 Upgraded or express shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of returns or cancellations.

5. International Taxes and Duties

5.1 International customers (outside of the United States and Canada) are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees levied by their local customs authorities.
5.2 Klone Scents ships all international orders on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means these fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
5.3 All applicable import duties, taxes, and fees must be paid by the Customer to the local carrier or customs authority before the parcel can be released for delivery.
5.4 Some carriers, such as DHL, may prepay customs fees on the Customer’s behalf to expedite clearance. In such cases, the Customer will be invoiced directly by the carrier after delivery, which may include an administrative fee.
5.5 Klone Scents cannot estimate these fees and recommends contacting your local customs office or tax agency for guidance prior to placing an order.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

6.1 It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
6.2 Due to automated order processing, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
6.3 Customers wishing to change their shipping address or cancel an order must contact support@klonescents.com immediately after purchase. Klone Scents will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee success once fulfillment begins.
6.4 If an order ships to an incorrect address provided by the Customer, Klone Scents shall not be liable for the misdelivery. If the order is returned to our facility, it may be reshipped to the correct address at the Customer’s expense or refunded, less shipping and restocking fees.
6.5 Any extra shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address or reshipment are non-refundable.

7. Delivered But Not Received

7.1 All Klone Scents shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.
7.2 If tracking indicates an order has been delivered but the Customer has not received it, the Customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
7.3 Klone Scents cannot be held responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
7.4 Customers residing in areas with prior incidents of theft or lost packages are advised to use a secure delivery location such as a workplace or alternate address.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

8.1 Packages refused by the Customer or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unpaid duties, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be returned to Klone Scents.
8.2 Returned shipments are subject to return shipping fees and restocking costs, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
8.3 Original shipping charges and express upgrade fees are non-refundable.

9. Force Majeure and Delivery Delays

9.1 Klone Scents shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or partial delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, carrier interruptions, customs delays, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
9.2 In such cases, delivery timelines will be extended for the duration of the disruption, and refunds will not be issued for delays outside Klone Scents’ control.
